Hans started in the Fire Protection Industry as a volunteer fire fighter, through hard work promoted up the ranks from fire fighter to Fire Chief eventually retiring from service as the Senior Deputy State Fire Marshal in 2012. During his tenure he implemented many beneficial programs including plan review guidelines for fire code compliance. Look for Hans with his family or on his Harley riding the highways of his beloved California. Thank you for your service to our state!

Jacob Corbett is a fire sprinkler designer for Locked in Design, Inc. Due to a large family background of Fire Protection, he has been around the industry from day one. As a result of taking interest in Fire & Life safety after 10 years in the field as an HVAC technician he decided to go into fire sprinkler design. Whether he's in the office or in the garage, designing and fabrication are some of his favorite things to do. Jacob is very excited to be a part of the growing and evolving fire protection industry.
Pat Callahan works as a design consultant for Locked in Design, Inc., where they produce detailed designs for a variety of clients in the fire protection industry. From fire sprinkler to underground layouts and everything in-between. In May of 2022, Pat changed careers and came on board learning fire code and the sprinkler design business and is now well on his way in his new career at Locked in Design, Inc. Pat and his family live in the East Bay and enjoy going out and exploring the wonders of the Bay Area in their spare time.
